Ernie Lanciano is the auto body shop Owner & Manager of Auto Collision Craftsmen. He leads his team of bodymen and painters in all aspects of repairs. He has over 30 years of experience in auto body repair and auto body painting, with over 17 years of managing auto body shops.
Donna Hawkins is the Office Manager & Estimator. She has over 33 years of customer service experience, and 15 years of experience in the auto body shop business, writing estimates and coordinating with insurance companies.
